A backyard renovation often fails because it is treated as four separate projects: a paver guy, a pool guy, a landscaper, and an electrician. When these trades don't talk, you end up with drainage problems, mismatched levels, and a project that takes twice as long as it should.
We act as the single point of contact for the entire transformation. We manage the sequence of work so that the underground plumbing happens before the pavers are laid, and the landscape lighting is integrated into the hardscape rather than being an afterthought.
Our goal is a cohesive design where the pool deck, the patio, the kitchen, and the turf all speak the same language. We focus on the transition points, such as the coping, the bullnose edges, and the lighting, that separate a basic remodel from a luxury renovation.
