How we approach it
Preparation is the only thing that makes paint last
In the South Florida sun, paint has a hard life. UV rays, salt air, and heavy rain will cause a poor paint job to chalk, peel, and fade in less than two years. We treat painting as a protective coating project, not just a color change.
We spend 80% of our time on the preparation. For exteriors, this means pressure washing, opening and patching stucco cracks, and using high-quality primers that bond to the surface. For interiors, it means filling every nail hole, caulking every joint, and sanding between coats.
We only use premium coatings rated for our specific climate. Whether we are spraying kitchen cabinets for a factory-smooth finish or applying elastomeric coatings to a stucco exterior, we ensure the application is thick enough to actually protect your home from the elements.
