We grind down high spots and use self-leveling compounds to ensure your floor is perfectly flat, which prevents the hollow sounds and 'lippage' that ruin a new installation.
We also address moisture. Our humid climate means that vapor can rise through a concrete slab and destroy wood or cause tile grout to fail. We use the correct moisture barriers and crack-isolation membranes on every project to ensure your floor stays perfect for decades.
